Per the governing documents for the community, Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions, Article VI, Section 7 – Trash and garbage containers shall not be permitted to remain in public view except on days of trash collection. No accumulation of storage of litter, new or used building materials, or trash at any kind shall be permitted on any lot.   All residents are asked to bring their trash containers back to their homes, inside their back yard gates,  the same day, after trash is picked up.
