We have received notification from Fairfax County that Plastic Bags are NOT permitted for the use of yard debris and it will be strictly enforced with a fine.   As an alternative, personal trash cans marked YARD DEBRIS may be used or the paper lawn &leaf bags.  Yard debris in plastic bags after this week will be left on the curb.
